WuXi NextCODE Seqplus Explainer

Wuxi NextCODE is a genomic information company using sequence data to improve health for people around the world. Based in Cambridge with offices in Shanghai and Iceland. They have created a novel DNA extraction method using FFPE samples called Seqplus. It produces sequence alignments with 98% of the genome covered at a depth of 20X. This process produces results comparable to fresh frozen-derived data, enabling quality mutation and copy number variation analyses.
